Stayed there for 2 days and everything was perfect, starting with the great people in the front desk, great service

Very nice hotel, even with construction.

Pros: The room, the bed, the sheets, and the number of towels in the bathroom.
Cons: The staff could use some improvement, and they need a larger parking lot. With another hotel sharing the lot I only saw two open spaces when I arrived
Location: It's just across the freeway from the airport and I assume that's the main attraction.
Some construction or renovation is taking place, but even with that issue the hotel was very nice. I stayed in five hotels on a recent trip and this one had the best beds, and was the only one with available outlets by the night stand. The sheets were very good, and they had enough towels for everybody in the room when we arrived. The staff, unfortunately, didn't match the quality of the building. When I arrived, the desk clerk was standing almost right in front of the front door smoking so I had to walk through the smoke to get into the building. Breakfast goes until 10, but before 9:45 hot foods had run out. The lady working the breakfast kept fruit, yogurt, and coffee stocked but the 20 or more people who came after 9:45 were not able to have french toast, eggs, or sausage because the hot foods were not restocked. And when I was leaving, after almost two minutes at the front desk I finally left without seeing anybody.

we love staying at this Hampton hotel in Boise.

Staff was nice and fast check in. Rooms were perfect for our family. lots of verity of food to choose from for breakfast. This was a great hotel to stay at. Defiantly will stay again.

Highly recommend

We were there for a soccer tournament. The staff was great from the time we walked in the door and when leaving. Even though the exterior of the hotel was under construction the inside was well maintained inside. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping accommodated to our needs. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices. All and all I would highly recommend and definitely book again.

Nice hotel and really close to the airport

The staff was very friendly and professional and the room was quiet and clean. Really enjoyed the fact that this hotel was 2 minutes away from the airport thus making it an easy choice after a long day of travelling.

Convenient to Airport

Pros: The front desk staff
Cons: The quality of the pillows needs to be upgraded a little.
Location: 5 minutes from the airport.
The hotel staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was one of the friendliest persons I've encountered at a hotel. I wish I had gotten her name so I could commend her to the manager. The hotel itself was what you expect at a Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable enough. We booked it due to the location being so close to the airport since we had a morning flight out.
