This location was perfect to downtown and accessible to restaurants, shops, and much more. Our kids enjoyed the long pool hours. We will return!

Great place to stay. The only concern we had was the size of the parking stalls in the garage. Driver had to crawl out the passenger side as the car next to us was too close.

When we checked in, we shared with the friendly front desk staff that it was our son’s 5th birthday and we were doing a staycation. Without hesitation, Eric upgraded our room “so our little guy could have more space to cruise around” and they sent a gift bag up to our room with a hand-written birthday card, toy truck, and several different candy bars. It was so incredibly thoughtful and we felt valued and appreciated. Small gestures like that are, unfortunately, few and far between. Because of Eric and Katie at the front desk, we will return AND recommend this property to our out-of-town friends. Thank you!

The location is ideal. We stayed at this property because of a company party two blocks away. Check in was simple and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I asked for a late check out, the midnight gal said I could check out at 2pm and the gal during the morning said no that wasn’t possible. Then later, another gal said I could keep my room key until 3pm so I can get my car out of the hotel parking lot. Also if you have a larger car, don’t bother the car spots are extremely small and tight. The rooms are clean, and it’s super close to everything. That’s the only good thing.

Lack of communication the pool was not available Thursday. There is no water but it was scheduled. They should’ve told us that before we booked. No one told us about underground parking fees.

This was a short stay in Downtown for the New Years Eve Celebration. It was really nice to have a room close by to retreat to after all the festivities. This location is great with easy parking access and fantastic restaurants near by. This was our second stay and we look forward to many more.

Graduation weekend with grand kids
These guys were so family friendly. We were there for a graduation in December. They had an elf on the shelf to find each day, letters to Santa. He even sent them one to their home to get when they returned. Great breakfast everyday and a cute pool. Well stay again if in Boise.

The common area (lobby) was comfortable, very inviting for reading, visiting, etc. Decor casual, but classy. Elevators worked quickly and smoothly, quietly. Water and coffee/tee available all day.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was mediocre The room was dark and unattractive. The elevators were HORRIBLE! Very slow and stopped at each floor going down to the lobby.
