We were put in room 132 it was a clean room. Handy cap capable so no tub. The worst part of the room is it has a giant flood light right out side the window. The room was bright even with the blinds closed. I prefer a dark room. I will definitely try my best to not get put in that room again.

Good place for a stopover
Quiet and clean hotel on the freeway but no traffic noise. Close to restaurants and a really nice place to stay when stopping for the night on a road trip.

One of the best!
Great hotel in a great location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and freeway. Nice and quiet, well maintained grounds. Excellent customer service and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Only downfall was the shower gel and shampoo were empty and there was a dirty stain on the bathroom floor that I cleaned. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! I will be staying at this hotel again. Customer service was great! Very friendly and accommodating staff!

The staff at the hotel were great but Expedia screwed up big time and I will never book thru them again. After I originally booked the room, I asked for an additional roll away bed which they assured me would happen. But the room I was booked in was not big enough for a roll away bed even though there was one available and there were no rooms suitable. Big mistake by Expedia.

We got the two bedroom some suite for our family of 4 and love it! Great central location. The ladies at check in went above and beyond to accommodate my request to check in a little early. We come to Boise often and will make this our hotel of choice.

Access to dining and freeway was good. Did not appreciate that the windows were covered for building painting. There were 3 other rooms that were covered. These rooms should have been taken off the market

This was a very nice stay with great staff. Our only complaint would be that the bed was too hard. But if you like a hard bed , you will love this one!

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and it was 75 degree for two days and nights. We were outside in the heat all day long both days and we died. It was broken and the hotel didn’t have any one on staff that could fix it. So they handed us a fan. Awful.
