The flooring and furniture had multiple stains and worn areas that left you feeling as it was unclean. The evening staff was not very attentive and didn't seem very friendly, perhaps it was a long day.

Overall nice clean hotel. In our room they had done some remodeling. Looked like new carpet and bathroom sink. Nice room clean and comfortable beds. They do need to replace wallpaper especially in the bathroom coming off wall and looked like it was patched together in a couple places.

Everything went smoothly checking in at the Holiday Inn. The staff was helpful and caring. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We will use the hotel again.

Comfortable beds. Worn and dirty carpet in hallway is off-putting, but staff is friendly and efficient. Convenient to airport. A reasonable park-stay-fly option with extended parking option.
My ONLY issue was the lack of electric plugs in the bedroom area. If we wanted both the light and the clock radio on, there was no place for a CPAP or phone charger. Additionally there were no USB ports available. Beyond that, we loved our stay!

Very quiet in spite of close proximity to airport! Staff was friendly and attentive. My room was a bit run down, but clean in all the crucial places. Bed _very_ comfy!

Great staff great property great in room amenities, bar and breakfast.
In room faucet and sink is an issue. The faucet isn’t centered over the drain. I couldn’t get my hands under the water very well.
Not sure what to think of hall carpet. Either really dirty, or a design that makes it look very dirty (or hide the dirt) or both.
Kudos to the night manager on 12/30. Great customer service.

Room was very dusty and not very clean. Waited in line for about 15 mins to be checked in, only one clerk at the counter. Multiple other associates walking by not assisting her.

Apparently my room was marked as vacant, I was checked in to two separate rooms aside from the one that I was truly in. Since my room was supposedly marked as vacant, a member of the staff entered my room at 2:20am. Walked right in. What reason would staff have to enter a vacant room at 2:20am? The entire thing was very uncomfortable for me. As a small girl in a strange city where I don’t know anyone, I couldn’t even feel safe in my own hotel room.

Staff was great, room was really nice. To get a suite for this price was amazing. Two complaints: there were hairs in the shower and the breakfast was just ok. Will stay here again.

This hotel fit the bill for a quick overnight stay as we were traveling through the area. The hotel is in need of a complete renovation, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My room was quite comfortable, and I was able to check in a bit early, which I really appreciate. I do wish, especially for the cost of the room, that breakfast would have been complimentary. Also, I needed to call a taxi, and would have appreciated the front desk to do that for me, but it all worked out.
