The lady who checked us in was so amazingly friendly and helpful! Hot tub was HOT! Great change from past traveling and cold hot tubs (not this hotel, others) Breakfast was delicious and loved the variety! 😁

The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the free, hot breakfast, definitely a bonus. We will recommend and will book again.

Found hairs throughout the room, tub valve for shower doesn't work properly results in low shower pressure. Noticed gas burning appliance vent next to entry door causing door to ice up and exhaust fumes to enter building

The hotel bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The bathrooms are huge and the shower head was fantastic.The continental breakfast was super delicious, with tons of options. The property is well maintained.

There was a barking dog in the room next to us. Not a single towel rack in the bathroom.

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay with us. We are a dog friendly hotel, and we do from time to time have to ask dog owners to settle the dogs down. Next time kindly call us at the front desk so we can take care of this challenge. We do have towel racks in all bathrooms. Safe travels!

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast - I appreciated the veggie option for omelets and warm cinnamon buns. The cook even had pancakes ready (rather than wait for them at the machine.) The carpets in hallways could use a good cleaning. The rooms were fine although noise travelled easily from hallway and from the road outside.

It was good other than there were no cups for coffee in the room and the area where the coffee maker set was pretty dusty. Beds were nice and the rest of the room was fine.

The beds were too soft. You sunk in and had a hard time rolling over and getting out of the bed. Breakfast was good.
