A decent place to stay the night

Easily accessible to and from the interstate. Our stay was short but the room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The gal at the front desk was very polite and organized. Parking was better than I'd expected, we were pulling a horse trailer and I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were still able to park as close as we did. The room could have been a little cleaner- carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while but the bedding and shower were clean.

Going downhill

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Cleanliness, friendliness and appearance.
I have stayed at this motel several time over the last 15 years. It has not been kept up. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to show up at the desk.

a little disappointed for the cost.

The hotel was older than expected. I went to the desk to ask for a wash cloth since there was only one in the room, was told someone would bring one to me, after an hour I went back to the desk to see if I was going to get the wash cloth and was told, "we were short handed yesterday so we don't have any" Really? not good. Room could have been cleaner. But in all fairness the bed was comfortable.

Notsomuch

I booked this on short notice, due to a death in the family. The room was small, the light in the bathroom had to warm up before it got bright. It was fairly clean, but due to dingy lighting, it felt dirty. The continental breakfast had lots of missing things, and the server didn't restock when asked. The halls were dim and not air conditioned. The maid's cart had a bag with used towels and one with only pillow cases. I couldn't see any dirty sheets...do they not wash the sheets? Probably won't come back to this one again... If I can help it.

Understaffed

Either this hotel is understaffed or they don't bother with housekeeping when you stay more than one night. We were surprised that we had to ask for towels and give the wet ones to the lobby clerk as she was the only one on duty at 6:00 p.m. She came to our room an hour later with clean towels.
