Double charged.

Contacted staff about double charge issue. "It's not our problem!" "Contact your bank." Bank sees double charge clearly occurred. Manager refuses to refund second charge. Even though we travel to this area often, we will not be staying here again. Sad!

Decent Motel:

Motel has an odd point of entry. Enter on 2nd floor, 1 flight of stairs up to 3rd floor, down 1 flight of stairs to 1st floor. Definitely not disability friendly unless room is on 2nd floor, but not a problem for healthy visitors. Nice room, clean, comfortable, everything needed is provided. Convenient freeway access, which you will need to find restaurants, etc.

Think twice.

Ice machine not working except on the bottom floor. The insidecarpeted stairs had stains and. Trash on them the 2 days I was there. Same cigarette box never picked up at the bottom of the stairs. Mom slipped on outside wooden stairs. Not enough strips on stairs to prevent falling. Tubs were so slick you could fall easily. For the price it should of been nicer. Candy for sale was not fresh..staff was not the friendliest..

Business trip nice room

Location: Two day turn around no time for sight seeing maybe next time
Great service Front desk clerk was young lady that knew her job and the area. Was able to direct me to business I was looking for

Pictures can be deceiving

I wasn't looking for the Taj Mahal for my overnight stay, but was a little disappointed about the disparity between the pictures on the internet and the actual room conditions. This hotel needs an overhaul. The breakfast and staff was nice.

Dirty hole in walls no elavator to get to the floo

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything dirty carpets hole in wall patch up but not painted mean front desk people rude
No vending machine ice machin only on first floor but no elevator to get up or down from third floor

Needs remodel badly.

On entering hotel, greeted by cigarette burns all over carpet in hallway. Rate too high for quality of breakfast. Dark feel and out of style, but reasonably clean. Not what I expect in a La Quinta.

Budget choice but not worth it

Pros: Location
We needed a convenient stop on our way north. That is about the only good thing about this hotel. Biggest gripe was about the in room coffee. Their was an old filter still in the machine. The included two decafs but only one regular. Not a good start to the day. The rest of the room showed similar lack of attention in cleaning. Bed was old and very very soft. Breakfast was bland.

The hotel was okay and the majority of the staff were very kind, but they are in the middle of remodeling it so it was quite dirty in certain areas. The carpet was especially nasty!
