Comfortable Stay

Pros: Great area and close to where we needed to be.
Location: The facility was central to where we were spending the holiday and visiting both family & friends.
We enjoyed our visit to Boise and the stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites Boise Airport. The Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great each day, the young lady works hard to insure everyone has enough to eat and more in some cases.

Quick stay in Boise

The hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff was friendly. Extra thanks to the Night Auditor on Wednesday night. The breakfast was good. We will return on our next trip to Boise.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff

Cons: Hot tub was down the entire 3 days we were there...:(
All the staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the variety of food at the free breakfast.

Convenient and Clean

Pros: Everything
Cons: nothing
Location: It is on Vista Ave. so it is close to anything I would need.
I arrived late, and they took care of me and got me checked in. The morning check out was just as easy. Thank you.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean - although the box springs were very stained and there was an accumulation of dust and fuzz between it and the wall. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good (the standard continental offerings).

Gracious and accommodating despite booking mix-up

A decent middle-range hotel near the airport with a limited but satisfactory breakfast. Though it is much more than that, starting with the surprisingly comfortable bed; non-skimpy toiletry and towel supplies; and convenient and quick shuttle access to the terminal just 5 min away. The staff I interacted with made the experience even higher quality. Everyone, including the maid and front desk staff, was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated as I was working in my room for large part of my stay. The high point was the support provided by a daytime manager after it was discovered that Expedia had informed the hotel I was staying for one night yet my online booking made a few weeks before clearly showed two nights. Even though the hotel was just about fully booked, the manager did some rearranging to allow me to stay in the same room for two nights and thus meet my requirements. With no fuss or complaints. Great service!

Great breakfast noisy neighbors

Pros: Liked breakfast and staff was helpful. Good rate.
Cons: Plumbing problem.
Great breakfast with full hot breakfast. Walls not very soundproof. First night had a baby crying next door, the second night loud TV playing late. Toilet problems and had to get plunger from office twice.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: It's close to the airport, provides a 24-hour free shuttle, is quiet and clean, staff is efficient and friendly, buffet breakfast is varied.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Proximity to the airport is excellent.
I chose LaQuinta because I have stayed with them before and liked my experience.
