I love that the pool is 24 hours and kids aren't allowed in after 10pm. We did have some trouble with our TV. It kept freezing and the volume button on the remote did not work at all.

All of the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The property was very clean. Our semi handicapped room was very nice. But, I believe they might add a couple more handicapped parking spaces. And, if possible, walk in shower instead of a bath tub. But, a really fantastic place to stay! Thanks! Very good breakfast! Kudos!

It’s sad that the hotel uses plastic utensils in the breakfast room. Plastic pollution is such a huge problem.

Negatives: The bathroom had mildew on the walls. Unless you’re on the 4th floor, you’ll be kept up all night by the elephants running around in the room above you. At least it sounded like a herd of elephants. Breakfast is meh. Positives: The staff is nice. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours.

Our room was very large and clean. All the staff were accommodating. The only negative was the breakfast buffet. The choices were good, but the quality of the food could have been better.

Travelled solo and the hotel was safe and clean. Breakfast had a nice spread (cereal, bagels, DIY waffle maker, egg and cheese combo, sausage patty). Location was central. Located right beside a mall, a 10 min. walk to Chick-Fil-A and a 10 min. drive to downtown. Hotel staff was friendly. Wi-Fi signal was strong. Would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here while my roof was getting redone. When first coming in it looks really nice and welcoming. When we got into the room there was old blood splattered on the walls and bottom of the bed, but they were unable to move us rooms. Once we got settled the kids went to swim for a while and after we swam we all showered and upon getting out of the shower we all had whole body rashes that quickly turned into soars. We went to the doctor and got diagnosed with MRSA. Still trying to treat it now! Yikes, such a bad experience for all of us. We will not ever recommend or return.

The TV was shut down with parental controls staff was unwilling to address the issues. then when my teen boys didn't have TV to watch they went out and practiced their boxing in the lot to only get told to quit fitting , very different events, or they would have to leave. they had a school event there and blamed my boys , who stuck to their own . we left and went to another place near by. never again and this was our 12th time there.
