We contacted any guest with a reservation so they could cancel with our penalty if they wished to make other arrangements. We are sorry we had a limited supply of extra pillows for guests, and we hope you will return to enjoy a better stay with us when our pool is open and can be enjoyed by your family.

Aaron, We had planned for repairs to take place in our pool room back in Novenmber. Our management tteam asked all our partner sites to broadcast this for folks making reservations. We onntacted everyone with a reservation already in place so they could make other arraingements if necessary. We apologize that upon arrival, you were unware of the pool closure and we are happy to help guests choose a hotel that would accommodate your needs better. We are eager to help with any additional linens needed for rooms that have a pull-out sofa bed. Our staff is sorry for those issues with your room and hope you will again allow our team to host a better stay for you and your family.

As a pet-friendly hotel, we are sensitive to some pets acting out when faced with unfamiliar territory and sounds. We are happy to ask pet parents to think of this before hand and leave their furry friends with a comfort blanket or kennel them if they go swimming or to the breakfast room. We contacted folks with current reservations so they could cancel reservations and make other arrangements if they wished to do so.
