The furnace/air conditioning was blowing out si much dirt, it made me sick. I got horrible headaches and congestion. When I complained the staff didnt care. I never got any cleaning service. I was there 4 days. When I asked for the staff to come and empty the garbage, and vacuum. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, like I was bothering her!. On the 4th day, still no service and had to empty my own garbage. The price for the rooms, are way to high for the "quality" of the rooms

The rooms were very small. You couldn’t hardly get in and out of bed. The bathrooms were clean but very very small. There was a strong smell of marijuana. I will not be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. We hardly got any sleep both nights. Other guests were in and out of their rooms, allowing the doors to slam, and talking loudly in the hall. A guest next to our room allowed their dog to bark for sometime (I think they left it alone). The second night, someone was outside our window screaming at 1:30 a.m. Things didn't quiet down until about 5:30 a.m. both mornings! There should be some kind of "Quiet Time" posted so guests can be respectful of other guests.

It did not have indoor pool my daughter was supposed to share room with me so my great grandson could swim she ended up getting a different hotel so I had to pay for this awful room by myself the room was top of stairs two older couples talked and laughed loudly until after 10 pm I had to call front to ask them to have the people go somewhere else to visit I needed to sleep I mean that’s why I got a room so I had somewhere to sleep then at 4 am the workers were talking loudly and woke me up it was like they were outside my door they would not refund my money I’ll never stay there again or use Expedia

Our hotel does have an outdoor pool that is available seasonally, as stated on the Expedia website as well as all other websites our hotel is listed. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic but very good each morning with some time of warm egg and meat option, and then waffles and bagels as well. It was a decent option for a quick stay. I was in town for a week for a work trip and wish I had booked a nicer place. The bed was hard and not very comfortable and the shower was extremely small. There was a lot of noise outside the hotel being next to the interstate overpass and a trucking stop. It was inconvenient to get out of the parking lot with all the traffic in the morning. I picked this place because they advertise that they do not clean everyday. I personally do not like the cleaning staff to come into my room, so I always leave my “do not disturb” sign out. I was a little annoyed to see that someone had been in the room to refresh towels and take out the trash. I feel like they should skip rooms with the signs placed out.

we stayed at this place last year and loved the service, pet friendly our cat Rosie so we book again this year only to find out the new owner change the pet policy and doesn't accept cats know that this was the place we wanted to stay i didn't get the cancellation fee protection we won't stay with then again staff was rude giving us I been here for a year and we never have taken cats poor service, poor attitude

It was an overnight stay on our way to spend time in Tacoma with daughter and son in law. Easy to get to. Took a walk around the area. The water park next door looked like so much fun. Would recommend this place but have not yet received my receipt.

NO CHOICE
The room was fine and very clean! HOWEVER... our real confusion started at the beginning when they would only clean the room after we left, and we left after 5 nights (unless we asked for a specific reason). I always thought maid service was part of what we paid for. But the WORST part was the breakfasts. EVERY morning was the exact SAME breakfast: over hard eggs, sausage, muffins, an apple, yogurt, cold cereal, and sometimes bagels. There was NEVER scrambled eggs... or bacon... or ANYTHING else! We asked at the desk why the menu never changed after staying 5 days, and the lady at the desk said, "Corporate offices will only let us serve this now. We don't have a choice..." Pretty ironic. So since we usually book here 4 times a year, I imagine we will look elsewhere.

However, we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding our housekeeping services and the lack of variety in our breakfast offerings. Our redesigned housekeeping program is intended to minimize disturbances to our guests, but we understand that it may not have met your expectations. Choice-branded hotels are providing housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits and after every third night during longer stays. Guests can call the front desk to request more frequent housekeeping or ask for additional towels, toiletries and linens as needed. We appreciate your feedback regarding this and I apologize if for some reason we missed getting your room serviced during your stay. We will take your feedback regarding this into consideration for the future as we continually strive to improve our services. Regarding the breakfast, we apologize for the lack of variety and any miscommunication that may have occurred. We are indeed waiting on our supplier for certain items, but we understand that this does not excuse the lack of variety that you experienced during your stay. We will work diligently to improve our breakfast offerings and ensure that our guests have a variety of options to choose from. We value your loyalty and would hate to lose you as a guest. We hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with the exceptional service and amenities that you have come to expect from us. Thank you again for your feedback. I never checked in. My experience was negative. On the Expedia website the hotel was listed as pet friendly. They did not actually accept cats. So I had to book at a different hotel.
