Pros: the location
We were very happy with our accommodations and extremely happy with the hotel staff. The check in clerk helped us with directions to an event we had come to Boise for. He printed out directions for us and delivered them promptly to our room. We also found the restaurant wait staff to be very accommodating and attentive. It was a great experience.

Convenient locationPosted Aug 28, 2015
Pros: It was in a convenient location for our needs.
Cons: New carpet
Coffee is only available until 9:00 am and then it is over $2 per cup. No continental breakfast. Smells like old carpet throughout facility. Could be cleaner.

Pros: Nice and quick check in. Great employees at front desk.
Cons: Cooler temperatures in lobby and elevators and halls
Location: Close to downtown Boise.
Room was comfy and clean. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, but suited me fine for one night. I may or may not stay there again.

Nice hotel for our road trip.Posted Aug 12, 2015
Problems with toilet continually running. Staff seemed strssed, rarely at front desk.

Not worth your moneyPosted Jul 25, 2015
Check in took too long. The pictures online were not a true picture of the hotel. The hotel smelled horrible (smoke). Carpet in room stained, mold on bathroom ceiling, beds old. Spend a few more bucks and stay at a cleaner hotel

Cozy, clean room, helpful staff, & a doggie park!Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Staff, comfortable bed, a do-not-disturb tag that told visitors we had pets staying in the room, and room was clean and spacious with nice work area.
Cons: Well, maybe the coffee. Morning coffee was ok - not bad, just ok.
Location: Close to downtown Boise, ID and convenient to nearby restaurants and parks.
Our stay was a delightful experience. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and one of the best parts of our stay was the nearby pet area - clean, lots of room for the dogs to walk around in, and equipped with pickup bags! The staff were always helpful and friendly, and we rested well. Although we only ordered from the breakfast menu, the food was delicious. All in all, a good experience for all of us.

RELAXINGPosted Jul 12, 2015
Very relaxing and quiet. We all loved the pool. Didn't care for the $50.00 incidental fee.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. The only issue I had was the A/C didn't work well. .
