I was concerned about outside exit doors were always unlocked. Anyone walking around the back west side enterance could get inside the hotel. Kinda scary at night.

The staff were known nd but no soap or lotions when arrived, no room access at 3pm and we have a baby, not notified no hot water for 10 hrs, vanity light out, No pool access

Hi Melody, thank you so much for your review, we do apologize for you not having hot water in the middle of the night into the morning, I kept you up to date with the issue and I do apologize profusely, during our conversation you mentioned the light out and I sent my tech to fix it, I am so happy he was able to fix it so promptly, our pool is a seasonal pool and was closed during your visit and will open up in May. thank you so much for staying with us. I don’t get why anyone complains about this hotel? I love it :) stayed here 5 times already and always excited to go back bc the beds are so comfy :) no joke, took off the pillow cases so i could know what pillows they use to buy for my house. also the staff always so helpful & friendly; particularly night shift, tall guy with glasses. and daytime the precious older women with red hair and glasses :) i feel like family staying there at this point !

We had an unexpected stay and this hotel came thru for us. They even gave us an an upgrade. The only thing we didn't like was the sound of cars off the freeway, a bit unexpected but maybe if better soundproofing, would make it a great place to stay. Also the breakfast was delicious

I liked the easy convenience to the free way. The staff was wonderful. And the rooms were clean. The picture's of the airplanes tjrpughout the building were awesome. My only complaint is the breakfast. The eggs were runny lkke sitting in water. The sausage was frozen.

I like that they had complementary breakfast. Also the hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby for gas. I had a great assortment of snacks and beverages. You could purchase as well.

Very small parking spaces and many larger pickup trucks made the parking situation more difficult than necessary. The halls have a faint odor of cat urine. Looks nicely remodeled in pictures, but in person it looks more like a cheap facelift.

Excellent service from staff. Even when we needed an extra room, they were able to get us the room across the hall. But to be honest the beds in both rooms during our stay were horribly uncomfortable. Everyone came home with sore backs from the beds. Maybe those need an upgrade? Everything else was great

This is easy access to the airport, downtown & BSU. Only drawback, somewhat noisy outside due to a big truck parking. Very nice inside, staff helpful & pleasant.

I got this room for an employee whose vehicle had broke down so I didn't actually stay here. I spoke with Aaron at the front desk and he was wonderful to work with and get my employee set up for the night (who wasn't prepared to stay the evening). Excellent customer service!

The night auditor who checked us in late is a rock star. We had an early need to be at the airport. The shuttle was not allowed to run (snow/ice) so she offered to take us in her personal car after she made the breakfast for everyone. This kind of person makes America the greatest. She's a real asset and knows how to treat people. Plus when I asked her in the morning if she balanced the audit last night - she said she always balances! Bravo!!

Would stay again but don’t rely upon n breakfast
Perfect for overnight except that the breakfast was pretty bad. Had all the normal stuff and looked fresh and plentiful but everything was so bland. Waffles, eggs and sausage had no taste at all, so strange. Thee is a truck stop in walking distance with 2 fast food places and a sit down restaurant.

Excellent Hotel. Location for me was perfect. Previous reviews stated because of location next to a truck stop and the interstate, it was noisy. This was not the case. Staff was AMAZING. The Manager was OUTSTANDING and also AMAZING. She was very receptive when I brought up a couple of issues and made them right. Highly recommended. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

parking lot is an icy snowy mess. easy for a wreck or someone fall. The guy at check in did not care about any of my concerns. He told me where to park and that my room would over look the lot. However, I could not see my vehicle. mattresses and covers are filthy. coffee table and tray were filthy. Coffee grounds wiped into chair. That was just walking in the room. I ckeck every room for bed bugs. Did not find any but discovered the dirty mattresses.
