First-rate hotel across from shopping mallPosted Oct 25, 2015
Pros: The huge room at no apparent extra cost.
Location: Large shopping mall across the road from the hotel and just a short drive to downtown Boise where the university and zoo are located.
This Residence Inn was conveniently located to a large shopping mall and just a short drive from downtown Boise. We were amazed by the size of our room which was approximately 50 sq metres (over 500 sq ft!). It had a small kitchenette as well as a two-seater lounge with lots of room to stretch out. Without doubt the best room we stayed in during our 5 week visit to the USA.

Great stay!Posted Sep 3, 2015
We recently stayed two nights at the Residence Inn in Boise and had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Boise.

Conveniently located, quiet, cleanPosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: The room was very spacious (King studio). We have toddler twins and had plenty of room to set up their pack-n-plays and still move around.
We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in West Boise. It is conveniently located next to Boise Towne Square and many restaurants. It is located right off the freeway and our room was overlooking the I-184, but it was very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and did not hear any of our upstairs neighbors. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of food choices. We will stay here again.

Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the major highway and close to downtown
Lovely hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Most comfortable suite with kitchen and one of the best hotel complimentary breakfasts I've had in years.

A wonderful stayPosted Aug 14, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever tried. The room was clean, quite, and confortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much. The location was also great (just across the street of a big shopping mall). We will definitely stay again if we visit Bosie in the future.

Amazing place!! Great breakfast and the staff was super friendly and helpful!! The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the full size refrigerator all week. The kids swam in the pool everyday. Would definately stay here again!!

Staff needs trainingPosted Jul 5, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel is nice looking and clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is very poorly trained. When we arrived our rooms were not ready despite that it was hours past check in. An aprox time of when the room would be ready would have helped. They would not tell me when it would be ready. We joined the masses of other folks waiting for rooms as well. We had ants in the kitchen in the room. I contacted the front desk for some bug spray or something. They said they had none and couldn't come till tomorrow. It was too many ants to leave there overnight. I called desk several times, asked two housekeepers for some cleaning spray or something- zero help. I contacted manager who was unavailable. She finally called me back and agreed to bring up vacuum. She vacuumed up ants. Guess what? They were back thirty minutes later. This could have been such an easy fix. The staff here just didn't know how to handle what should have been minor problems. Housekeeping didn't come till 6pm. By that time we had already exchanged dirty towels for clean ones at front desk. Both bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. I sent my son to front desk for some. She said she didn't have any!?! I then called front desk. She said she didn't have any- would send housekeeping. A while later housekeeping came with toilet paper. We dealt with multiple staff members. All but one spoke nicely. But none of them seemed to have proper training. Ridiculous.

Nice but $$$Posted Jul 3, 2015
Great hotel but a little expensive for a mid range hotel chain. Be aware the pet fee is a non refundable $75.
