Really nice affordable hotel close to Boise Airpor

Staff was friendly during my second late night check in on one of my many trips to Boise Idaho. Great location just off the freeway. Day shift helped me find restaurants and shopping areas near by. Breakfast was a plus! Reliable wifi and cable movie channels on hand. Overall I'd say it is my favorite hotel so far in Boise.

A nightmare!

My husband made this reservation for me when my flight from Boise to Spokane was canceled. While I appreciate that I had a place to stay with short notice, it was not a pleasant stay. They put me in a room with new carpet and when I entered the room the smell was overwhelming and gave me an instant headache!! I opened the window as wide as I could knowing that on ground level this was a dangerous thing to do! But I slept at the foot of the bed with my head as close to the window as possible just to be able to breathe. In addition, the television did not work, the sink did not drain at all, and the toilet barely flushed!!! I was afraid to even try taking a shower. I left early and when I informed a staffember, she said she would let the management know. I felt I should have been reimbursed for at least part of the cost of the room, but my taxi showed up and I didn't get a chance to plea my case. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel in my life and I am 64 years old!!!

Dirty and Expensive

I was forced to stay here since all other hotels were booked in the Boise area. It was more expensive than other hotels I had stayed at in the past in the area. Room was dirty, key did not work multiple times, hair dryer fell off the wall, TV remote didn't work, smelled funny. I bought a sleeping bag while there to sleep on top of because I felt so dirty. I will say that the staff was very helpful and nice. Glad it was a short stay and I won't be staying there again.

the room smelled bad when we got there. it may been because the A/C was not on and the weather was hot. the room could have been cleaner. the breakfast was good with a good selection.

I ordered no smoking, but the room was stinky. Breakfeast really subpar. Who doesn't have bacon? Hotel needs some upkeep.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Dirty exterior with dog droppings all over; secured entry doors - either did not open or were already open. Body fluids on the bedding, shower door was full of grime - other guests just laugh at each other over the apparent dirtiness of this hotel. Wish other hotels were not sold out. Will never stay there again and make sure all acquaintances do not stay there. Would not wish it on my worse enemy.

Cons: First and foremost, room cleanliness.
