Aweful

We were given a key to a room that was already occupied and when we opened the door the poor person inside was naked! The hotel was also under construction and very dirty. Our room was not clean either! Worst hotel stay ever!!

Pros: There is not anything to not like it is great.
Cons: No improvements necessary
I was in Boise for work and I need a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. One of the most important is that the internet is secure. You met all my needs. I would stay there again and when I am back in Boise again I will look to stay there.

Cons: Cleanliness and general repair.
Location: Easy interstate access
I talked with front desk staff on departure. One of the sheets not only had holes but blood. Shower curtain was frayed bath mat had fraying where it could be a safety issue (catch feet in mat and trip). It appeared they were preparing to do some room remodeling. I have stayed at this hotel before and was very disappointed in its upkeep.

Nice place to stay.

Pros: Was close to every thing for me.
Cons: nothing.
Location: Was great for me.
The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet. The breakfast was very good.

Nice location for our stay. Room was clean. Bed fairly comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and gym. Staff very friendly

Very pleasant and accommodating

Pros: The Hot chocolate was amazing . The staff very approachable. The Hotel was very convenient to the Airport.
Cons: There was improvements going on. We had been warned that the hotel was going through some renovation work and the noise was kept to a minim.
Location: Location was great for the Airport. Transport was provided upon request. Food store and restaurants close at hand was a truck stop close by.
My sister and myself enjoyed our stay at The Shilo Inn very much. We had heard bad reports about the place but in our opinion the place was well worth staying in and would encourage others to stay there also. The Hotel receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. Many thanks Julie Gieringer

Commuting back and fourth to Oregon from Salt Lake

I'm sorry but this experience was so bad that I couldn't sleep on a hard And stained matteress that smelled. I can no longer use Expedia or Shiloh.

Run down and over priced

Paid for a junior suite. The room we got wasn't any better than the regular rooms I stayed in before. Have always stayed here because they offered free parking when you fly. Not now, they charge you. I'll never stay here again!!! Would not recommend this place because it is not kept up and over priced.

Clean and spacious room, close to the airport.

Pros: The room was clean and there was plenty of space, we were there only eight hours, just to sleep.
Cons: Replace the bed.
Location: We just slept at the hotel waiting for an early morning flight.
The room was spacious and clean, however the bed was hard as a rock. I woke up with my shoulder and hip hurting, the same feeling when you sleep on the floor or ground.
