Good decent hotel in Nampa

I stayed 2 night for business in Nampa, ID. There are not too many hotels close to downtown Nampa, where I was working, the Downtown Nampa Inn, an older motel, being the only other one I saw online. I decided to stay a bit further out at a newer location.
The Shilo Inn was a decent stay for the money. Not too far from where I was working. Staff was polite and the room had everything I needed for my brief stay. No major complaints except that my key card stopped working after the first day and they had to re-activate it. They admittedly only activated it for a single day instead of 2.
The hotel room was decent. Bed was comfy, iron and ironing board were in good condition. I did not try out the TV at all. The bathroom is quite small but adequate. AC worked well and overall temperature was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was quite good.
The hotel also has a limited fitness room and a small pool. They serve coffee in the mornings (actually, at all times, I beleive) and you do get a meal ticket to enjoy a breakfast at the attached restaurant. The breakfast was pretty good and while the complimentary menu is limited, it was a step above the typical continental breakfast at these types of hotels.
The neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but then again, being in Nampa I'm not sure there is any one particularly appealing spot, at least that I found.
Overall experience was good and I think it was a good choice for the money.
