Good stay, we like the ‘suite’. Only complaint is television/entertainment consistently freezes/pixelates, annoying. Outside landscaping could use a little work.

For the rather high price, a lot of maintenance issues should be addressed. The breakfast bar had great options and was well staffed.

Expedia explicitly stated there is a 25 dollar pet fee. Clerk at desk stated pet fee is 75 dollars during our check in ! We stated what Expedia stated and clerk said she could do that. Whole thing strange. There were pieces of little trash left under tables and beds in our room upon arrival. Other than that stay very very nice.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The only issue we had is the king size mattress was indented and uncomfortable. I believe it should have been replaced long ago.

Our stay was great; room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. It was conveniently located for our needs. Staff were friendly. However, breakfast could imclude more variety of hot food items.

I booked a King Room but was told upon arrival that they were out of king rooms and that the manager said they reached out to everyone affected. We never received any communication from the hotel.
The room was musky and damp. Loud noises started at 4am and continued all morning until about 7am. Staff seemed indifferent when all of the issues were brought to their attention. I recommend going elsewhere when staying in Boise.

We asked for room service every day we were there and received none. Staff was congenial when we wold ask for service but then very rude and mean when we asked why we couldn’t receive service. I feel we definitely did not get what we paid for.
