Dirty hotel and hard mattresses.

Very dirty and uncomfortable. The pool is small and looked dirty, the bedspread had white crust on it, and the shower was FILTHY!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Pros: One of the staff. That's IT.
Cons: Cleaning the rooms and not lying about it.
Location: Location is good and convenient.
We didn't get our room cleaned the whole entire time we were there. We confronted a staff member in the hallway about this, they said they would bring towels and clean linens for our bed. Nothing was brought to us, so on the day of checkout we complained to the front desk and the lady at the front said that she PERSONALLY cleaned the room and made the beds. Well, I brought my significant other in to hear what she said and her story changed, saying she had another staff member make the beds. Also, the pool was DISGUSTING. So overall, TERRIBLE experience.

One big problem

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness, quiet
Cons: Replace all defective swivel chairs.
Room was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet even next to the airport. We were totally pleased until I leaned back slightly in the swivel chair and tipped over backward. Fortunately it only resulted in bruises, but could have been serious. The chair seems to have a basic design flaw by having legs which are too short. I reported it to the manager as well as writing to Super 8 on its website, and they have not responded. I expect that all Super 8 rooms have identical chairs which I judge to be inherently unstable.

Needs more updating

Cons: So much more updating needed.
Looks like the room was updated but not finished. Paint job in bathroom sloppy, needs shower head cleaned, toilet sits very low, carpet needs replacing, bed very lumpy, pillows need replacing. All 3 floors carpet needs replacing, Hall ways were stifling hot as well as the elevator. People staying there slamming their doors, dogs barking, not a quiet place at all. Elevator located at the far end of the hotel, old but works. Pool was very cloudy so I didn't swim and the chlorine gas could be smelled clear down the hallway, no ventilation for that. Windows in room paper thin so you could hear people talking outside as well as hearing cars going by. House Keeping, coffee wasn't replenished. No vending machines or ice maker found on 3rd floor. Less than desirable. Second Super 8 hotel in 2 different states that was in bad shape. Won't stay at any Super 8 again. The ladies at the front desk were polite and courteous, was checked in quickly.

Pros: Room was quite nice, clean and roomy. Breakfast was large and hot!!! Service was great.
Cons: NA
Location: Didn't really use those things because we were visiting family
We were visiting family and friends and were pleased to find you centered to all of them!!

Stay over during a business trip. Staff friendly, room comfort excellent but cleanliness not so much, room smelled like a wet dog.

Good Staff

Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Extend the hour for the pool use to accommodate late arriving guest.
Location: Close to the airport, great location for staying overnight and flying out in the morning.
We arrived late and they honored the reservation we made through Expedia. Shuttle to the airport was by Taxi which Super 8 paid for, very responsive and accommodating. Staff was very responsive to our request.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Carpets were not vacuumed in main hallways. Cleaning crew still at work in our hall and stuff scattered about. Room still awaiting repairs. noisy room. Did not feel comfortable staying there and would not do it again.

OK for the money

Pros: Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom needed to be updated and mattresses replaced.
Room was just OK. Had trouble finding anything open on our days in Boise, so gave Super 8 a try. Bathtub had enamel missing and bathroom floor was a little dirty. Beds needed new mattresses as I had to put a pillow in front of me to keep from rolling off the edge of the bed, but it had a fridge and was sufficient for us. It was nice that it had an elevator.
