Pros: nothing
Cons: nothing, if you charge $45 a night!
I was very surprised that this hotel had the Wyndham name on it, and a Wyndham price. It is what I would expect at a $45 a night hotel...

Rooms not cleaned

Posted Feb 21, 2017
I arrived to the hotel at 5pm, way after the check-in time, and when I went up to my room it had not been cleaned at all. It looked like people had a party there. I informed the front desk and they just asked me to wait while it was cleaned, two hours later they give me the keys to another room because my initial room was still not ready. After a long day of traveling, waiting an additional 2 hours for my room was just not acceptable.

Great pool...that's about it.

Posted Feb 20, 2017
We come here every Valentines day for a pool party for my daughter and a couple of her friends. The fact that we can get a poolside room is the reason we come here. We booked put room the middle of January then called to ask for a specific room. Let me tell you that the hotel and property doesn't have a clean or safe feel to it. There are many people in the 2 attached hotels that seem to always be hanging around outside. Upon check in we were told our room was not ready. Check in was at 3 and we arrived at 4. We grabbed a quick bite to eat and came back an hour later to find it was still not ready. We were able to get in the room around 530. The maid was m7mbling to herself the entire time which scared the kids. As I mentioned the pool is the draw of this hotel. Beyond that the hotel is dark and dingy. Many of the rooms are unused and appear to be for storage however you can see into the rooms themselves. If it weren't for the pool we would not stay here. We will probably not be back after this recent stay.

Dirty hotel with grouchy staff

Posted Feb 19, 2017
I understand that it was the weekend of state basketball but the hotel staff acted like they had no clue they would be busy when this happens the same time every year. They ran out of shower towels AND pool towels and when asked if they had some in the wash I was told "I don't know". The bathroom was disgusting with pee down the side of the toilet and on the floor, the bed had cigarette burns on it and the curtains were stained with who knows what. Don't mind paying $150 for a hotel but will definitely not be staying here again.

This place is a Wyndham Garden.?.....dump

Posted Feb 18, 2017
Thi place was rode hard and put up wet. Pealing paint in the rooms, dirty carpet, and a non-existant restaurant pretending to be one. Im surprised this place is allowed to be called a Wyndham Garden hotel....one level away from a true dump.....

Ok in a pinch

Posted Feb 16, 2017
Hotel is a bit older, which I expected. The pillows has some nasty stain on them & the refrigerator had a two day old soggy gross sandwich in it on our arrival. The staff had us sign papers for a service animal and then charged me for a pet any ways upon checkout because my paperwork from our frost night starkly had been filed already. Sounds like they didn't want to take a moment to find a piece of paper and verify the service animal paperwork I filled out, must be easier to just charge customers extra than take a moment and do your job....

Quick Overnight Stay

Posted Feb 9, 2017
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Convenience store basically in the parking lot
Cons: My room was obviously missing a chair (could see the impressions where one had been) & apart from the desk chair or the bed, there was no where to sit
Location: airport hotel
I'd ordered a vehicle from a car dealership in the Boise area, and needed to pick it up on a weekend. Unfortunately, the only direct flight was scheduled to arrive 5 minutes before the dealership closed, so I planned to stay the night and get the vehicle when the dealership opened the next morning. This was one of the airport hotels the dealership recommended, and looked acceptable, so I booked it. Despite my flight being delayed, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find the shuttle, and it took me immediately to the hotel. There was a bit of a delay checking in due to the person in front of me and another calling in to complain about things that the hotel had no control over. We then ate at the in-house restaurant. We were the only ones there, and the food was OK. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the shower was good. Next morning I grabbed some junk food from the Shell station next door, before the dealership picked me up, and check out was a breeze.

Pros: The pool was large
Cons: Cleanliness needs to be better. The pool area needs to be updated or remodeled.
Location: Nice location, right off the highway and a 10 minute drive to downtown.
Old hotel that has had some updates. Overall cleanliness of the place could be improved. Had stains on the sheets in the first room. Beds are rock solid.

Great location to downtown Boise

Posted Jan 27, 2017
The best part of this hotel for me is it's quiet and the pool is the best! They need to upgrade their heating systems in the room. Hard to control the heat from either too hot or too cold and the fan runs constantly. Also time to get a cozy guest chair back in the rooms?
