My room was great, the hotel location isn't

My room was super clean. The dishes they provide were in great condition. The staff was awesome. Two thumbs up.

Great hotel

Pretty decent for just an average hotel. Had some snacks in the morning for a quick breakfast. Manager, Jason was very nice and professional. Area was a little hidden but I liked it.

great value

Clean, comfortable and great price and location. Check in was fast and easy. Very friendly staff plus plenty of parking. This place allows pets and I was a little worried about it might smelling but NO exceptionally clean and fresh. Room 122 was right in front of vending machine and dryers but didn't hear anything.

There was a large stain on the rug right outside my door. Made the hallway look dirty. Everything else was fine

not what I was expecting

Pros: extras you don't get with other hotels
Cons: better breakfast if advertising
Location: nice central location away from hustle of big city
Good Hotel for a longer stay with great options like Fridge, Stove, and Microwave. But was told it offered breakfast and it did but only offered small muffins, coffee, and granola bars. Not a full breakfast. Also was looking for a non smoking room but got a room that smelled like smoke and had ashtrays.

Too many issues

Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Honor the reservation, fix room issues & follow through on what customers are told. Plenty of other choices, don't try this hotel.
Location: Nothing within walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping within 7-8 miles.
Not a good experience! We arrived at 2:30 and asked to come back at 3 as room not ready. We did as asked and given a smoking room(on reservation asked for non smoking). In a hurry for appointment so dropped off luggage in room and went on. When we returned later we found the room had broken outlet in the bathroom, turning on lights turned off other outlets, burned holes in rug, bedskirt and vanity. Big 10" x 8" hole punched out of wall had been repaired/repainted hastily at some point but since caved- in. Stale, smoky room stank, lights fixtures dirty from smoke. When checking out told desk clerk of our experience she said room had been tagged for maintenance but given to us anyway. She said we would receive email for voucher for a free night ( we had paid for 2 nights)...so far no voucher. Not thinking we will need to use Expedia or Extended Stay ever again if this Is typical.
