This property was a surprise for us. Excellent reception staff, good location. Rooms very nice and in like-new condition. Grounds and facilities very tastefully done. The restaurant was the pleasant surprise. Fusion-style dishes, beautifully presented, excellent flavors, and adequate portions. We did not sample room service but had breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend for a stay in Bologna unless you are seeking a resort style property.

When I arrived to the hotel I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and welcoming gentleman. He was extremely helpful and suggested where to go in the city. The room itself was clean, roomy and quiet. The hotel was a short walk into the main city area, and had good food options around and at the hotel. The times that I was in my room I was able to stream Netflix from my mobile phone which was nice. The only downside I would say is the stiffness of the bed and pillows. This however was not a huge problem for me because I didn’t stay too long. I would recommend staying here!

Amazing staff ! Claudio tomasso Elisa all of them ! Delicious lovely full breakfast and amazing dinner not to expensive great service and delicious food great recommendations for local restaurants and where to go how to Greg there which buses called taxi for me for earltbam flight packed a breakfast box so many fine amenities lovely clean room great shower with coffee and lovely view wheeyhunt i coupe gage asked for and more. Close to university and piazza Maggiore and all the best places the walls canals and east route to San Luca just so luxurious and high end feel with a great price and an amazing staff. From start to finish one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Made me fall in log with Bologna told me where to go l and now to get there I will def in be back !!

Ideal for a city break
Stunning hotel, super convenient location. The rooms were gorgeous and very newly refurbished and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would definitely come back.

Hotel has great rooms, even the standard ones. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast options are great. Not in the very city centre but it's only 15min walking.

A wonderful hotel to catch up on sleep after a crossing from the US. My wife extolled the restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately I was too tired and regret missing the excellent dinner and service.

Easy parking and walk to town. Breakfast was superior. Restaurant was great. Rooftop was spectacular and empty…my hot tub was old and tepid. Could not bring up the temperature.

Wonderful stay in Bologna !
The front desk staff were incredible; super nice and helpful. They booked our taxi back to the train station. The hotel replaced towels and toiletries each day. This was about a .75 mile walk from city center so it was convenient but also very quiet in the evenings.

Very convenient for the city centre but a limited amount of restaurants without entering the city centre itself. I would stay here again for sure as close to the main train station and airport.

We loved the hotel, it’s amenities, the food and the cleanliness! We dined there in the evening twice and the food was delicious, good portions and very reasonably priced! The breakfast also had a great variety to choose from. The only small fault of the hotel at all is they only provide bottled water to customers that book the hotel using their website. If you book through a 3rd party you’re not entitled to bottled water for free! I believe every room occupant deserves 2 bottles of free drinking water daily. Other that that small issue, I’d highly recommend Aemilia Hotel, Bologna.

Had a great stay at Aemilia Hotel, staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! There was a hiccup in our Expedia reservation but Salvatore took care of everything and made our stay very enjoyable! Thank You! The restaurant in Hotel had excellent food for dinner and breakfast! The bar and rooftop deck was enjoyed!
