The staff was great at giving us advice in public transportation, hotel was very clean and breakfast buffet was also very good had to pay for parking wasn’t free .

The Lifestyle Elizabeth is a lovely little hotel that fit our needs. Staff, is very helpful and kind, especially Elenora. It’s a little far from the main square downtown, but has quick taxi services. Breakfast was a nice treat, with something for everyone. This is nice, quiet place, with good air conditioning.

Tiny rooms and bathrooms were even smaller, one elevator ( out of two ) didn't work, breakfast selection was very limited and not meet quality requirements, outdated and tired furniture, maintenance and cleaning process need substantial improvement. Do not recommend this hotel and definitely it's not a 4-star property

Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The receptionist was unwelcoming, our room had problems like a malfunctioning toilet flush and no hot water. Despite trying to get help, nothing was resolved. The breakfast was bad too, with a strange smell and poor quality food. The staff were unfriendly. I can't recommend this hotel, and I'd rate it 1 out of 10.

Clean, modern hotel with large and well furnished rooms, spacious, breakfast included (bfast buffet was ok). Balcony was a plus. Staff (Eli and Lorenzo and everyone else were very very nice and helpful). Recommend this hotel if you have a car, walking to the center is possible but not exactly convenient. Overall this hotel is an excellent value and reasonably priced for the good quality it offers.

Great hotel, with some room for improvement
Very nice hotel stay. Overall good experience. Only feedback is breakfast was not really what I'd expect from 4* and also there was no iron and ironing board for use in the hotel. Otherwise, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Near to the airport
The hotel was located vey near the airport so it turned out convenient when transfering to take out flight back home. The room was very spacious and in general it was clean. We do notice that there was a smell coming out of the plumbing. Breakfast was provided - they went above and beyond by preparing us a caffe latte.

Our family is several young kids stayed here and enjoyed the parks and playgrounds nearby. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station and the hotel itself had a good breakfast and was clean a spacious

Nice hotel but tiny room
It’s a modern hotel with plenty of parking space. Very easy access to Bologna town center by bus. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. The bathroom is very clean. The only down side is our room was tiny. A queen size bed was jammed into the room with at most a foot of clearance on each side. We had to walk side ways to get into and get off the bed. Both my husband and I are on the slim side, not sure how anyone would find such tight space comfortable!

From USA and Stayed at the property from Aug16-Aug 21. Had an incredible experience. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was big, clean, nice bedding, and had all amenities. The hotel itself is new. Thank you Martha, Lorenzo, Jessica, and Walid. You guys are an amazing team. We had an awesome time. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. I love how the rooms are spacious and the bathroom as well. I appreciated that the AC was working wonderfully during the heatwave. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot! Will stay here again 😊

The hotel was lovely clean and modern Our room was a junior suite and had a large bed two doubles pushed together and a Single bed bed for our little one. She just stayed in our bed with it being so large. The water pressure was t great they have these lovely waterfall shower but with no pressure they are no good and then the normal shower is just at waist height would be good to just have a higher bracket for that part of the shower these showers always look good but very rarely offer what they look like they should. Breakfast was ok tables didn’t seem to get cleared to allow for new guests coming in we cleared a table ourself to get sat down. Food and drinks Also didn’t seem to get replenished with any speed and we breakfasts around 8am so not when they are about closing. Receptionist who checked us in and out was lovely the others I asked about the mini bar as was told it was included in the price but as there was a price list in the room when we got there I checked next time we went down and a member of staff asked another lady on reception she didn’t take our room number or name just shook her head saying no not included. The walk into town as an easy walk a lot under cover which was nice as it was up to 35 takes approve 15-20 mins to walk into the centre

Fantastic customer service
Excellent service, our plane was delayed so I e-mailed regarding check-in as we had no idea what time we would arrive, we got an immediate response saying they would check us in whenever we arrived. It made a very stressful day much less stressful. Once we arrived, very friendly greeting, fantastic room, clean and spacious with a perfect breakfast the next day. I would definitely stay here again.
