The room and the bathroom were clean and not run down. Location was ok if you're in the city only for a couple of days and need to be located close to the train or bus station. But the check-in experience was horrible. The owner of the hotel apparently was not happy to accept guests who made a reservation with Expedia, so he just shouted at me that I arrived late and the check-in is already closed, although I came at 4.30 pm and the check-in is open until 6pm, which is written right on the wall besides the reception desk! After I pointed out that his statement makes absolutely no sense, he just rudely agreed to let me stay, as if he was doing me a great favor.
