The property is in a good position just outside Bologna, just a 15 min cab ride from the city centre. Some of the facilities were not open (pool) due to the time of year. The food in the restaurant was very good and the buffet breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use the hotel again.

Great hotel but if you plan to do things transportation is lacking. It is 30 min walk to the train station and 20 minute walk to the bus. Best to book if you are renting a car or will take taxi/uber

Very poor quality and service. The hotel is very very dirty and smelly from reception to your room. I stayed 20 minutes and had to find alternate hotel because I couldn’t imagine spending a night in such a hotel.

Staff at front desk were very friendly. Staff at bar and restaurant were very helpful and friendly. There was just a constant buzzing outside the window.

Great family stopover
Great location for quick trip to city centre. Pool really big but did not use tennis etc. Bedrooms great, breakfast very good and shopping centre round the back if required.

Very average hotel, has the fearures but struggles to make the grade. Also you don't expect to be asked to pay to sit by the pool, regardless of the amount, it should be part and parcel of your stay. Hot food at breakfast was cold.

Hello Amanda, I'm sorry about your opinion but, if you read on expedia, you can find info about swimming pool: it's open from June to September according wheather condition. During you stay the temperature was around 9° and 14° degrees! I'm really sorry but if you had informed the reception about any problem you had in the room, everything would be solved. best regards Valentina Gili

hotel in the suburbs with difficult access, but the worst is a room without tv and minibar, in the bathroom protruding wires from the phone, which was not there, worms flying through the windows, and that there was little window overlooking the entrance to the reception and the noise of suitcases pulling on the pavement or people talking on a cigarette smoking, despite the intervention we did not receive another room, max 2 *, only breakfast was ok and coffee was prepared from the machine by the cool service

If they give you a room on the 1st floor, you will waste your money. You should better strongly ask to upgrade the room to upper class. The higher class wasn't good enough though. Overall a very bad experience! Will never stay here again!

Last minute booking for CERSAIE tile fair
Didn't realise this hotel I booked was a place we visited last year for dinner with one of the Italian manufacturers whom held dinner here at the restaurant for their clients. We arrived at the hotel, served by friendly staff. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. The hotel was great value as well. During the fair usually cost of hotel rooms are through the roof. This hotel was very reasonable even though it was about 20minutes away from the fair. The rooms look like they have been recently renovated too. With swivel desk, TV, free internet, bar fridge and safe in the room. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great hotel, good staff, great amenities & food.
This was an overnight stop en route to Soriano nel Cimino. The price was very good and so we weren’t expecting much and we’re very pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable with a decent shower, safe and mini bar. The receptionist and bar and restaurant staff all spoke English and were friendly. The hotel has a gym and an Olympic sized pool, a lovely poolside terrace and lounge area next to the bar. We were served canapés with our drinks and we had an excellent dinner with wine which was very reasonably priced. The hotel is conveniently close to the motorway but we did not suffer any noise. There was lots of free parking.

Breakfast same menu, u have scrambled egg, bacon and sausage on display but concentrated juice not good.Rest you have pay extra like fried eggs,fresh orange juice. Room ac is not working well (tried second room. Free access to swimming pool but have to pay 5 Euro for Sun bed. Still enjoyed this pool . Which is the highlight. Shopping complex is walkable distance 5 minutes walk.
