This is a fantastic hotel Great pool and sunbathing areas. A superb restaurant too, Garganelli The food and service superb We have stayed there before and will most certainly visit again

Very good choice
A very comfortable hotel in well-kept grounds and with a good pool for relaxing. Breakfast was good. We did eat in the hotel restaurant one night, which was excellent, but also in one in the grounds of Savoia across the road (Danilo e Patrizia) also very good. A 10 minute walk away is a community-run pizzeria which proves the dough for 72 hours and was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. For getting into the centre of Bologna it is really easy to use the number 20 bus which stops 2 minutes walk from the hotel and is direct to the edge of Piazza Maggiore.

Great base for a Bologna holiday
Lovely Hotel with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. Area OK but good bus link to the city. Staff superb and onsite restaurant, Garganneli was outstanding. Strong recommend for a trip to Bologna!

The quality of the hotel was a real boost for us when we arrived after a long day travelling, although we were only at the hotel for about 15 hours we really enjoyed our stay. Firstly, everything was clean and felt fresh but in addition the family room was so much more than two double beds, the space at the front of the hotel was great for the kids to expend some energy and the restaurant was high quality. Although the breakfast arrangements were complicated due to Covid it all worked well. We were not around long enough to use the pool area but it looked lovely. We will definitely stay again if we are anywhere near Bologna.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was great and staff were helpful. My only slight issue was that our double bed was two singles pushed together however during the night they slid apart making a bit uncomfortable

Excellent hotel. We stayed for a week. Clean rooms, comfy bed, great air conditioning. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Good value and delicious food. The bus is runs nearby which takes you into the city in 10 minutes. I enjoyed my morning iced coffee sorbet!

15 minutes by taxi from the airport (€20) and the same to town or a €2 bus ride. We went at new year and thought the New Years party was excellent value and great fun. Probably a good base in the summer if you wanted to tour Italy and visited Florence, Pisa etc. Close to the Ducati and Ferrari museums.

I loved this hotel, I adored it and I'm really sad to say I couldn't just enjoy it's facilities as I had two days in Bologna and wanted to see the city the first day and then meet my friend to give him a tour on the second day. But there would have been nothing more I would have enjoyed after touring a week around Italy to just relax here for a few days. The staff were so professional here I even took some of the sayings off one of the staff members to use as a character in a story, for an exclusive hotel. I don't know if I want to go to Bologna again, but I actually want to just go back to this hotel again.

This hotel should be a 5 star, not 4 star. Spacious clean room and bath room with jacuzzi and shower. In room free coffee machine and tea making. Independent heat pumps in room for air conditioning, heating or cooling. Restaurant serving delicious meal at reasoning prices. Free parking etc. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are around Bologna and want a luxury stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient. The restaurant was also excellent with very good service. I would stay here again if we return to Bologna. There wasn't an ATM in the hotel or nearby which would have been helpful as we were on vacation and needed cash for the cab. Mario at the front desk was very helpful in arranging an early cab to the airport. Overall a very good property for a good price!

Room was comfortable and clean! What I didn’t like is the fact that you have to wait till 7pm for the restaurant to open and have a meal. There’s no other food options available on the property or walking distance.

Young receptionist at front desk was going to book a place for dinner. But at 8pm nothing was done. He said I have no time! So we went for dinner at 9. Place was average as most locations were booked. Rest of the place and staff were great.

The pool was nice and so were the grounds. However, our A/C staryed making a racket and quit working about modnight. It was unbelievably hot. Being as that it was midnight and my spouse was asleep and all our stuff was unpacked we just dealt with it. Upon mentioning the problem to the staff in the morning they just blew me off and said we should have asked for a different room, at midnight, with all our stuff unpacked. We have been in Italy for 2 weeks now and this has been the worst hotel staff. So due to the rudeness of the staff we don't reccomend this hotel to anyone.
