Top Bolstone Hotel Reviews

Bells Hotel and Country Club

8/10 Good

"Really good staff, staff very helpful, room nice and clean."

The New Inn by Roomsbooked

8/10 Good

"A very quaint old building, rooms were large, basic but clean; could perhaps do with a little bit of paint & updating. Water system wasn't the best and new showers would definitely be a bonus. Beds were comfortable and, despite the noise from a local nightclub, we slept very well. Staff were great. Location perfect, right in the centre of town & car park not too far away & reasonably priced. Food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal. Drinks were expensive though."

The Malvern - (Adults Only)

8/10 Good

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel and spa of this level, and the rooms themselves are starting to look quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. It is a shame because with better attention to housekeeping and some investment in the bedrooms, this could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our visit, but the cleanliness really needs addressing."

The Kings Head Hotel

8/10 Good

"Nice, relaxing stay in the heart of Ross on Wye. Large room, on second floor accessed by an extremely steep winding staircase, which is what you’d expect in an old inn like this. Staff helpful and friendly. Food good and reasonably priced. Only drawbacks were the bathroom which with its sloping ceiling and steps was a bit hazardous and the carpark with its extremely narrow access that many cars would struggle to get in."
