Stunning NYC Style Loft In The Heart Of Bolton ~ Dog-Friendly!

With 4 lovely bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, we are located right in the heart of Bolton! Sleeps up to 12 and we are dog-friendly as well! The huge loft space with a large kitchen is perfect for entertaining. There is a nice deck overlooking downtown and the mountains and a small Juliet balcony off of the top floor as well! Exposed brick, a large gas fireplace, 3 master bedrooms en suite and a great kid’s room with bunks that sleep 5. (1 set of bunks with a full and single and two single pullout beds).

Nice backyard for relaxing and a Weber grill for summer cookouts! Right in the heart of Bolton, which is perfect for walking distance to everything. Enjoy the beaches, the restaurants, the shoppes, the brewery, and the Sagamore Resort all just a hop skip away!

Awesome weekend!
We had a great stay here with friends for the Columbus Day weekend. This home is comfortable and well stocked, a short walk to the main street in Bolton Landing, and a short drive to the downtown Lake George area. We stayed with our family and two other families. We had pouring rain on our first full day, and the house was so lovely we thoroughly enjoyed the whole day inside - there were plenty of places for the kids to play, and the adults to relax. I would highly recommend this property for families and larger groups. The owner is super friendly and accommodating.

Happy 50th!
Wonderful experience at the LOFT! Easily supported extended family of 10 over 3 generations for a 4 day stay. Easy walk to town for food and shopping. Close-by access to beach. Convenient to local family activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing bachelorette weekend!
An incredible weekend for a group of 12, plenty of space to sleep, storage, fire pit, a bathroom for every room and a 5 minute walk to everything downtown/beaches. Patti was easy to reach and even got us checked in early! The space was updated and the decor was gorgeous! I can’t recommend this space enough for anyone with a big group still looking to have some privacy for guests when needed.

Staying in the house was really comfortable.Lots of great places to eat is walking distance.Town is so charming.House is so well stacked with everything you need .We did not know about so we were bringing things with us .We had a wedding so we were not able to enjoy it as much because we were so busy .When we go back we would always pick the same house .The host was really excellent..
