Good morning,We are sorry for your review but the room is not as you described.It was repainted a few days before the opening and your arrival, I personally checked and there is no mold anywhere, neither in the room nor in the bathroom.

Perfect stay in Cinque Terre
This hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was amazing and offered to store our luggage for free after we checked out, so we could enjoy the rest of our day without having to lug around our bags. It was easy to find the hotel. It was clean and quiet. We are so happy we stayed here’

The hotel was an overall nice, clean hotel. Staff were great, breakfast was a bonus and always stocked. Only complaint was how tiny the room was and the lack of hot water. Didn’t seem to matter the time of day, we always had cold showers. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Monterosso.

We had a lovely time here. Rooms are small but clean and functional. There is a parking garage very close to hotel for convenience if have a rental car. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk ladies are fantastic and helpful. We had lost our rental cars keys and they were so helpful in trying to help us. I would totally recommend this hotel and stay there again.

This is such a wonderful property with the best staff! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is included and out of this world - fresh omletes made to order, amazing pastries and fresh fruit. Fun to have a coffe/cocktail bar and patio right out your front door. We will definitely be coming back here!

We had such a great experience at Hotel Souvenir! The walk to/from the train station and relevant areas in Monterosso was so convenient. They provided towels for the beach and were so accommodating when we needed to check out and check-in. The room itself was super modern and colorful. Everything was clean and neat and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cinque Terre!

What a gem.
This place was a gem!! Great location but far enough away from the Main Street bustle. Very quiet, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, the breakfast was great and our room was very nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Would highly recommend.

Good hotel. Great location.
We enjoyed this hotel and our stay in cinque terre. There are no elevators so being on the 5th floor was alot of stairs but with a beautiful view!

It is at the top of the hill - beautiful walk - only a short walk from train station and we did it in the rain took about -10 minutes. Very nice location - great breakfast - friendly and helpful staff !

Monteresso is a must visit
Fantastic hotel in Monteresso. Very friendly staff and extras like luggage storage before and after our stay, beach towels and being able to hang there before our train departure was so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the size of the room for a twin and very small bathroom but ample for an overnight stop.

We found Monterosso to be a great place to stay as the Cinque Terre experienced a heat wave. The hotel is a short alleyway from the main dining area yet away from crowds. Our host was very helpful with advice on transport and dining.

It was close to restaurants, the beach, the train and hiking but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was great especially eating in the shady courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice that in addition to luggage storage they offer a shower and beach towels after checkout so you can go to the beach one more time. The only drawback was the way sound travels through the vents in the bathroom from unit to unit.

This is a lovely hotel with staff who go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. There’s a pretty little courtyard for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Breakfast is the best we have had in Italy. Be prepared to walk lots of steps to your room. And the shower is really tiny!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The gardens are lovely and there are plenty of tables to sit outside on the terraces amongst the gardens. Our room was small but very clean and suited our needs fine. The bathroom was very small although clean, but the shower was tiny- anyone larger than petite would struggle to get into it.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect! The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations in every way! The patio is perfect for eating, relaxing, playing cards, etc. The complimentary beach towels was convenient as the beach is only a 10 minute walk. We had the triple room so it was nice to have extra space. The shower was one of the best we experienced in Europe! We highly recommend this hotel abd we would definitely stay again!
