“Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come……

“Apartment was in an excellent location with a good view of the area. Amenities met all the needs I had for the week. Area was very pleasant and quiet during night time hours but easily in walking distance from plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit odd to get into if someone else is entering/ exiting the lot but otherwise excellent”

“Small 2 bedroom apartment with view of beach from only one bedroom and not the living room or any other area. Nice view though. Super walk along ocean beaches and rocks.Restaurants and bars all around.”

It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. I’ll also mention that the Urban Rest team were great to deal with and super helpful when we’d left some belongings behind. Thank you!”
