The staff were exceptional the breakfast was ok but the coffee was awful as were the juices. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms need a makeover. The carpets were awful. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable.

Good hotel for the price

Pros: The hotel is neat clean. The staff were very helpful. The locations is good as well. The price, was fair.
Cons: The hotel's owner and manager must think about the guests special needs providing ramps, big elevators and wide doors.
Location: It's a good location, peaceful and close to the Metro station. Has some restaurants around but I did explore the area near by.
Good hotel but not for a special needs guests. Very clean and pleasant views.

Pros: Location isn't bad. Free underground parking was ok. about 20 mins walk to city center.
Cons: Everything.
Difficult to locate on GPS. parking underground was appreciated but very tight. Hotel is a run down dump. Should be reclassified as a motel. small elevators take you up to reception from the parking. Then another elevator take you to your room. Floors and carpets are dirty as you walk in and the place stinks like stale BO and smoke. Room was small, old and dirty. Sheets, floors, curtains, bathrooms, and towels all had stains on them. Breakfast was a joke, old croissants and some cereal. Do not make the mistake of staying here, especially with a family. You feel filthy and dirty afterwards and will need a long shower to feel better.

Excellent stay

Great stay, really liked it - I was looking for a quiet, decent place where to rest and it fits the bill. Gives you an insight in the neighbourhood as well- how the locals live. Close to centre, about 10-15 min walk. Receptionist was extremely helpful as I apparently made a double booking and he was able to cancel it for me - really appreciated.

La cama por decir algo, súper incomoda, los colchones fatal, en vez de descansar, te levantas con más dolores que si te meten en una batidora. El servicio, normal, la limpieza pésima Eso si, son muy simpáticos

Un hôtel simple et bien placé

Cons: La décoration des chambre La qualité du petit-déjeuner
Location: Proximité du marché de Bolhao
Suite aux grèves en France, notre vol de retour a été annulé. Du coup nous avons du retrouver un hôtel rapidement pour une nuit complémentaire,tandis que nous avions passé 3 nuits dans un très bel hôtel 5 étoiles. Mais du coup, nous avons abaissé volontairement nos prétentions pour 1 nuit. Cet hôtel répond très bien à ses 3 étoiles, sans prétention, sans chichi. Mais une chose est certaine : le personnel est accueillant et dévoué, ils font des efforts pour parler le français et être agréable. Du coup nous avons pu aller rapidement en centre ville grâce à leurs conseils, et avons passé une bonne journée, même si celle-cil n'était pas prévue à l'origine. Les points négatifs résident dans l'ergonomie des chambres "vieillottes" et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

It is an old hotel that has to be completely renovated.
