“This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA.”

“Stayed there cos I had to else I wouldn't. The room prices are also very high cos they don't have any competitors around.”

“Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate ”

“There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark ”

“Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone ”

“A great little hotel of Thai or East Asia vibes. There's some effort put into architecture and construction making it a relaxing and cozy place of rest. A good find to be in Manila with good value for the price. Staff helpful and I had a courtesy. The only things to improve a bit is that there should be a 24 hrs service at front desk instead of as of now 6am-11pm. There could perhaps be a need of change of toilets since they are of the older type. Had some minor issues with them. For the noise……
