This place is a dump! Do not stay here. Hotel in desperate need of updating. Very run down. Worst looking Hilton I have been to in a very long time. Stayed only 1 of 3 nights. Very disappointed. Both managers did not help in any way Leon Hammond & Claudio Fonatan. I suggest staying at the Marriott in Cologne instead.

Great location. Great staff.
Some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired but it was very clean and a good experience. Reception: Good. Room: Good. We even had a balcony with fantastic riverside views to watch the world go by. Breakfast: Very, very good. the Grill: Very, very good on the first night. Yes! That's you Mona. Good food, great service and banter. Location: Good. 5mins from the centre of town or 2mins from a riverside walk. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

Great mid-range hotel
Excellent location, right by the river with nice views if you are the right side of the hotel. I only paid €165 for a night, which was excellent value compared with some places I have stayed in. The gym is very good, the bar is fun and my room was comfy and clean.

Loved the location, the cleanliness and new look of rooms; the convenience for parking. Not sure if it was a product though of a Saturday night stay but it was very noisy at times on the street on the side of the hotel we were located on. Overall though would not hesitate to return!

Glasses in bathroom were filthy. Not even rinsed from previous guests. Sink cracked. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Food for dinner (buffet) expensive and not good. Location was pretty good.

Staff were excellent. If you are staying in Bonn this hotel has more facilities than other hotels, coffee and tea in room, a safe, and a fridge, also air conditioning. Easy walking into the centre and next to the Rhine. Would definitely stay again. Room was very good. Can't fault this hotel.
