Rude front desk staff

I never received a receipt for stay. When I called the front desk person was rude and not helpful, said he could not give me a receipt because room booked through expedia. All other hotels have left receipt under door.

My stay was nice and quiet unlike the hotel I stayed at last week. The room was clean and staff friendly. Recommend this hotel.

highway noise

Unfortunately the hotel was up against a highway and lacked proper insulation. Was very noisy all night long.

Great location!

The hotel is in a very convenient location to many Kansas City area attractions. Our original room was on the side next to the Interstate, and there was quite a lot of traffic noise. The next day we asked to move across the hall. The staff were very accommodating, and that room was excellent.
