“Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air……

“The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

There is no elevator, but I saw staff carrying the luggage for senior guests who would have had difficulty with the stairs. Food options are limited, but what was offered was very well priced, quick to arrive and very tasty. Lots of space to sit inside or in the quiet courtyard. Nice bar. There was no need to seek food or drink outside of the hotel, I was very happy. The breakfast in the morning was……
