Ok hotel. Misleading!

Posted Jul 5, 2017
You advertised a bar and restaurant. You sort of had both but then not really. The bed was very uncomfortable, we are use to firm not soft. Can't say that's your fault, hard to please everyone. It was very clean and your employees were very nice.

APP STATE.

Posted Mar 30, 2017
Pros: The desk clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was very clean.
Cons: Add a microwave. They are cheap.
Location: I was there for business and really did not have a chance to enjoy the beautiful NC mountains or the area's sights.
Spent one night at the facility. Overall it was a good, clean hotel. I should have read the amenities a little closer. I really like to have a microwave in the room and for the price I assumed that one would be there. No microwave. I will probably stay somewhere else next time that offers this service. For the price, one should definitely be in the room. I also like a tub. No tub.

Stop over in Boone

Posted Mar 2, 2017 on Hotels
We had a business trip in Johnson City TN and decided to drive partway there. This Marriott Courtyard in Boone is relatively new and in a great location, nearly at the intersection of 105 and 321 near App State campus. We enjoyed dinner out and then a drink at the bar to watch the Duke basketball game in one of the cozy booths with TV. Nice setup. Had good breakfast there the next morning with some Starbucks coffee, eggs, bacon, toast. Good bed, nice clean bath. Friendly staff at desk and food service.
