Pros: The room was very clean and the location was really good
Cons: I didnt see no excersize room but then I didnt ask the staff either
the room was very clean and that was really good - The breakfast was really good as well.

Awful experience

The hotel staff was awful. Erin was rude and acted as though I was bothering her with my questions while she played on her phone. Didn't confirm the rate or any room information with me, left me completely confused on the room information. We had intentions to stay for two nights but left after the first night. Do yourself and stay at the La Quinta Inn instead. Absolutely awful staff.

Loved this hotel

Perfect hotel for our three night stay. Very conveniently located near lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff was awesome--friendly and helpful. I love having the tea and coffee available in the lobby all the time. Our room was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Pros: Comfortable, easy access from highway and walking distance to local eating establishments
Location: Blowing rock tweet sir railroad, hiking trails
The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had a view of the mountains.

Overall decent place but starting to get a bit tired. Furnishings are getting worn.

Nice hotel in Boone, NC

Pros: Good location, clean, great view
Cons: General room maintenance
Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and, overall, the hotel was well maintained. The only problem we had with the room was a broken shower curtain rod which made it hard to take a shower without flooding the room,

Close to restaurants and shopping

Tried to use Expedia Points and promtional code. Unable to complete online and customer service didn't know how to help me , so I didn't get to use either.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel cleanliness was amazing. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, and hospital.
