Nice hotel for the price

I reserved a king bed/ non smoking and was given 2 queens/ smoking. They did accommodate me and move me to a non smoking room. Its not the nicest hotel I've stayed in but for the price, it is comfortable and clean.

the toilet kept clogging. you couldn't even potty without the toilet clogging. if someone used the bathroom, you had to wait at least 20+ minutes in order to use it so that it could half way flush. the breakfast was very sad. I can't even describe it into words. you would have to see my face. the staff was really friendly. but the carpets were stained, and the room smelled old.

Was there for 1 night, arrived that evening, left around 10 the next morning. Beds were so comfy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Love the fact that you had flavored coffee creamers and not just reg cream. I need my coffee and I like the flavored kind! So that was a big plus for me. Pool was clean.

Our weekend stay was riddled with inconveniences and an I ndifferent staff/management. On the first night the tv screen did not work and the air did not cool the room. The morning after I requested the air conditioner be serviced while my family and I were away for the day. We returned to find no service had been performed and had to request service again. A maintenance person came to the room, appeared to make adjustments, then left. It turned out the air still did not work. I had to visit the front desk at 3AM on the second night because my family and I could not sleep again. When I explained my displeasure the associate said a 15% discount was what he could do. Since each day of our stay had been interrupted by poor air conditioning, my clear request for service was ignored, and we had to ask again after giving the staff 8 hours to make the repairs, I did not agree to the discount and asked to have management contact me. I was granted another room for the remainder of the night and assured that management would contact me to discuss the issue. Just before checking out I made sure management had my correct phone number and was aware of my desire for a call to discuss this very poor quality experience for my family and I. I am still waiting on a call.

Great Location for everything!!

waited 2 hrs to get room.

arrived at 9pm and they had no rooms ready. About 5 families waited in lobby for hours. We finally got a room at 11pm. Staff could care less, no offer to discount room price or anything.
