Rude staff poor maintenence policy poor bed..

We checked out today, 9/6. We checked in on the labor day and were very excited about this hotel because of the reviews and photos.
First the good part
This hotel is different. The room and furniture is different compared to all the hotel chains you find across the country.
Now the not so good part..
The guy at the reception did not seem interested to check in guests and did all the formalities hiding behind his desk and handed over the keys and a paper with necessary information. All the answers to my questions were in one word. Anyway it doesn't matter much, by wanted to mention that.
In the room, the bed was weird. It wasn't plush nor it was firm. If you try to sleep on it, it will suck you into it and the two sides will go on top. When we 3, me my wife and my 6 months old same thing happened. We all were sucked into the center of bed. We couldn't sleep all night.
Now comes the worst part. The toilet flush broke right in the morning when we were getting ready. I went to front desk immediately and asked the lady to help. She said the maintenance guy would show up at 9 and I will send him to your room as soon as he shows up. It never happened. We checked out at 11.15 am. When a guy asked us are you checking out? He was the maintenance guy.
When I asked the front desk, the lady did not seem to bother and kept saying he showed up later than usual.
I saw the maintenance guy roaming around in the corridor at least 1 hour prior to our checkout but he was not asked to chec
