“Our family stayed at this adorable cozy cottage for two nights when we attended the football game at Mizzou. It was the perfect size for our two families with young adults. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved that the cabinets and frig were nicely stocked when told to use anything that we needed in case we had forgotten something. The communication with the project manager was perfect and she made sure we knew that we could contact her at any time with any questions that we had. ……

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”
