View of the BayPosted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: The location of the hotel was a deciding factor for us. Overlooking the water and a short walk to all the town has to offer made it perfect.
Cons: There was a small deck off the rooms. We were on the third floor with blazing sun in the afternoon. Some kind of retractable awning would have been n
Location: Located right in the center of the bay...close to boat trips, shopping, and dining.
Our first trip to Maine. On the recommendation of a friend we stayed at The Fishermans Wharf Inn. While not elegant, it was a great beach vacation hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast, included in our stay, was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, also excellent. The view of the bay from our room was beautiful. And although we overlooked a busy section of the town dock it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

Nice view from room, good location, old but okPosted Aug 12, 2015
Location: See above
Comfortable bed after camping earlier in the week! Breakfast on second morning was poorly timed. No hot food until 9. Had to leave before then! Valet service good until second night then non existant. Centrally located and beautiful view.

Classic coastal Maine locationPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Location. It was the site of a wedding reception we were attending.
Location: Outstanding location in Boothbay Harbor. Walking distance to most attractions/shopping.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Facility is a bit "tired", but it was clean.

Waterfront views if you are luckyPosted Jul 8, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean
Cons: The inclusive breakfast was ok, but boring, the same every day. An option to pay a supplement for a cooked breakfast would be better
Location: Well located, close to shops, restaurants and boat trips.
When we checked in we had booked a full harbor view room, you would need to hang over the balcony to see it. We were given a free upgrade to a full harbor view room for 2 of the three nights we stayed.

nice hotelPosted Jun 29, 2015
we have stayed at the hotel before. Booked a harbor view room, nice & clean. The mattress although was fairly new, did bother our hips. We plan on going back next year at the same time , for our anniversary. Everything is right there, walking distance. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

Great location. Please upgrade the rooms!Posted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels
The check-in and bellman/car valet were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but servers were not very attentive. Upgrades to the building and rooms need to be made; this could easily make this a four star motel. It is a great location, being right on the pier and in the middle of downtown. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Right on the dockPosted Sep 28, 2014
Location: Hotel right among all the little shops of the town. Whale watching boats dock right next door.
Nice hotel right on the dock of the harbor. Walls were a little thin. Could hear a lot of what was going on in the next room. Hotels restaurant wasn't open two of the evenings that we were there. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Sitting on the HarborPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Friendly, unpretentious, clean and efficient describe well our time at Fisherman's Wharf.
Cons: The building, although comfortable, might do well with some updating. The location is exquisite and the feeling of "being home" important.
Location: We found quite amazing shops within five minutes of the hotel. A gourmet trilogy of coffee, olive oil and chocolate shops amazed us.
Our room, situated directly on the harbor, gave us an intimate view of the exquisite Eastwind schooner, which was docked right at our back door. Harbor seals, realfishing boats, gulls and church bells from across the water combined to make our stay superb.
