Great hotel and well located. Breakfast at the top floor restaurant is good, with an amazing view on the city. The chicken we ordered via room service was tasteless though.
Warning: the hotel is trying to book you a 140 Euro fixed rate taxi to the airport while the Milan official rate is 114 Euro if you ask them to call a public taxi.

Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included.
Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.
