Great Stay in Bordeaux

Good location within easy walking distance of main area with restaurants, shops, etc. Shopping centre across the street with stores and a grocery. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Great stay.

Nice Hotel, Great Location

Staff very helpful, Breakfast was pleasant, Room was fine, great location, 50m to tram Stop Meriadeck and Meriadeck Shopping Centre, 400m to Old town tourist area. Will stay here again if I'm back in Bordeaux.

Rediculous compensation

Toilet didn't work properly. Although I told the reception twice it was not repaired well. Instead of giving a discount they offered me a free night for the car in their garage for 16€. That is just rediculous!

Jaded hotel needs triple glazing and a facelift

Pros: Staff were pleasant.
Cons: Triple glazed windows. More modern decoration and furnishings. More English channels available on the tv.
Location: Not far from the shopping and historic centre of Bordeaux.
Staff were very pleasant. The room was fine but needed a re-vamp as it was very dated. It overlooked the shopping centre. On the first night the bin men came and emptied either the hotel bins or the shopping centre bins or both at some unearthly hour of the morning (it was dark) and took ages. It was very noisy. The next night there was a fight outside our window with people screaming and shouting. This seemed to go on for ages. So we did not get a good night's sleep on either night. The room would have benefited from triple glazing. For the price we were not impressed.

Prima tussenstop hotel

Een prima centraal gelegen hotel. Voor ons was het één overnachting op doorreis naar Spanje. Wel kregen we gelijk een upgraden aangeboden maar dat ging uiteindelijk niet door daar wij met z'n drieën waren en men wilde ons een tweepersoonsbed geven ipv 3 losse bedden. Beetje lastig met een kind van 17 jaar erbij maar het gebaar was lief.

séjour cours mais nous avons bien profites de la ville et non pas de l'hôtel ce qui était le ,Bordeaux très belle ville à visiter en tram ,pieds , bateaux bus
