It's a popular and lively neighborhood, and we've never had any problems with our guests.It is indicated on all our websites that the ECO studios are not renovated. We advise you to choose a classic, renovated studio for your next stay in France.Please let us know if you experience any discomfort on arrival. Dear Martin, We're sorry to learn you did not enjoy your stay and we would like to apologize for the kitchenware and cooking equipment missing in the first apartment. As you saw in the second apartment we provide the basic utensils to cook (a couple of pots, a pan, spoons, etc...) We regret that you did not let our receptionists know during your stay. They would have brought you the pots and pans you needed to cook your meals as well as a new sponge and a kitchen cloth. We forwarded your comment to the residence's manager so she can check the equipment of each kitchenette and restock them when needed. We wish you a happy new year. Dear Ms., You made a non-refundable/non-changeable reservation but could unfortunately not come to Bordeaux. As our team members have already explained to you, in conformity to our general terms and conditions, we were unable to accept your request to refund your booking or change the dates of your stay. It is not a "scam," as you say, as these conditions are clearly stated, at the top and in red, when choosing the apartment and fee you'd like to book. Again, we are very sorry you could not come, but out of respect for our customers who choose our more expansive flexible rates, we hope you will understand we could not cancel your stay free of charge.
