Since the beginning of covid-19 until now, we always strictly control the number of rooms, the number of people in our B&B to limit the possibility of virus, and we also try our best to avoid direct contact between people. But this does not mean that we lower the level of service. We do our best to present tourist information at check-in, breakfast is served in your room, we put it outside your door at your requested time. During this period we do not enter the guest room for cleaning, so we put more material for the duration of stay, but if you need anything more, contact us. You can leave us a message at the reception desk, send us a message or call us at any time. If some customers are looking for meetings or chatting, this may not be the right time or right place. It is better to choose the plein air.For the health of all at our B&B, thank you for your understanding.

We are sorry to know that you were disappointed, but still thank you for staying in our B&B. We wish you could enjoy our flowers filled garden which just outside your room window. If you have ever stepped in our garden as other clients, you could find the clients rest area with table and chairs, and a small wooden summer kitchen, on its door there is an instruction for using in english and in french. We always tried to give as much as possible tourist information to our clients, but when we began to introduce you Bordeaux and our B&B, you told us that you were tired, just wanted to go to room directly. When we proposed you a map for your reference, you told us that you had family member live in Bordeaux nearby our B&B so that you did not need any information. From our B&B, you could walk about 800 meters to "Place de Victoire" and 1000 meters to "Cathedrals Saint Andre". If you like to walk a little bit, our street Saint Genes has a lot of beautiful ancient buildings. Our small family B&B is located in a stone villa which build in 1867, It has ancient structure with stone, during your stay, all of our clients respected very well our quiet time from 22pm to 8am. We would like to say if anyone was disturbed by others, please let us know in time, we will try our best to help. Regarding Shampoo and soaps, we prepared for 2 persons in your room even you were just one person arriving and staying. And if any clients need more for using, you are welcome to ask us. Only one thing we need to emphasize is that for the security, you are not allowed to bring outside persons enter our B&B, if it is really necessary, we need visitors to make registration.

La façade de notre hôtel particulier est exactement la même que sur la photo du site, des vitres sont là pour isoler.Avant d'arriver, vous nous avez envoyé plusieurs messages pour nous demander de confirmer par écrit que le petit déjeuner est gratuit pour vous et votre réservation est validée, et le parking est confirmé... Nous vous avons répondu chaque message avec détaillés : le prix et le lieu du parking, la manière de paiement... Vous avez répondu avec accord. Nous avons suivi exactement ces accords. Notre processus de check in est : enregistrer les informations clients, choisir le petit déjeuner avec ce que vous aimez sur la liste et régler les paiements s'il y a. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il est gratuit pour les clients venants de certains sites avec la formule standard, depuis l'épidémie de covid-19, nous avons commencé à le servir dans la chambre des clients pour éviter de transmettre des virus et protéger au maximum nos clients. Jusqu'à maintenant, nous écoutons les réponses positives pour profiter du petit-déjeuner en privé. Notre priorité est d'offrir à nos clients un environnement de repos confortable et hygiénique. Notre activité n'a pas le but de faire rencontrer les gens. Si les clients ont besoins d'informations et d'aides, nous sommes toujours là. Un conseil : pour rencontrer les gens, participer à certains groupes tours sera une bonne manière.

Thanks for you staying at B&B Villa Sequoia Garden. We registered as B&B on expedia. When you click in Villa Sequoia Garden, you could find the information “bed and breakfast” several times, for example, beside and also down of our location map…… That is also the reason of we offering free breakfast. We wish you could enjoy our flowers and trees filled garden, enjoy our breakfast’s rich. Enjoy our peaceful environment and our warmy service… Regarding to the wet, in Bordeaux, this season the humidity is around 65% with sunshine, 85% at night or cloudy, So we use machine dry the rooms every morning to 65%, and keep the room never moldy. The 2nd day of your check in, when we entered your room to make cleaning in the morning, your room was too smelly to allow us entering, we had to leave window and door open 30 mins and using fan to push the smell out, then changed all towels, using product to fresh air, then used machine to dry your room…… We repeated this work everyday for your room. Sorry but we have to say: before you and after you, we never suffered this smell in any of our rooms. Anyway, we suggest all of clients: when you entre your room the 1st day, if there any problem what you do not feel well, please talk to us directly, we are there to hear you and to help you. We wish all of clients have a pleasant staying with us. By the way, our current client find In this room safety box, there is a very thin card folder on the bottem, inside card name is not your registration name, nor your reservation name, but write your country language. We tried to call your reservation phone number, no one pick up and no message box, if it is yours, please contact us.
