“The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and walking distance to lovely attractions. There was no AC & the windows don't have screens so it was hot and noisy from the streets below. We misread the description & found 1 wash closet (toilet) instead of what we thought would be 2 full bathrooms. Our bad but it made getting out the door timely a challenge. Louis provided helpful details for our stay.”

“The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights.”

“Our stay started with a very nice in person welcome. She oriented us very well to the beautiful city. The location is just perfect. With the tram you can easily get to any part of the city including the airport. The surrounding restaurants are endless and you're in the center of it all.”

“Great views and location for old Bordeaux and for accessing the Arkea Arena (we were in Bordeaux mainly to attend a concert there). Great access to excellent tram and bus system for all Bordeaux activities. As well as walking distance to plentiful restaurants ,cafes and bars and many attractions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a wide open living and dining area is great. The climb up four flights of stairs is not ideal for the less able but does ensure Great views from the apartment……

“An excellent stay. You can't get anything that is closer to the center of Bordeaux, very close to the cathedral. The apartment is very comfortable, the bed is good and the kitchen has every thing needed to cook any meal you want. Big bathroom with very good shower. The water closet is a little small. The living-dinning room works well.The management company (cocoonr) were very good, and answered our question right away and were available at all times. All in all a great place to stay and a great……
