Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from.

Location was great but very noisy as I was above the function room. ( very loud music)
Receptionist ( Jennifer,I think her name was),kindly moved me to another room which was excellent.
She did it without question and that in my opinion, was excellent service. Please pass my thanks to her.
Will definitely return and choose a club room.
