Dear Robert, thank you for your review. It has always been our staff's duty to make our guests live their best experience, even their pet friends. Our Hotel is Pet-friendly, and for that we provide them a blanket, bowls for food and water and some treats.Our Restaurant offers varied choices of food and drinks with very large portions and vast buffet of different vegetables, fruit and local products.

Spacious but uncomfortable rooms.
Spacious rooms, clean, but bed was so uncomfortable that we can feel the spring. Difficult to have good sleep after all thise walks on the city center. Not for leisure trips.

Very nice and clean hotel. Close to mount Titano as well as to the beaches of Rimini. Great views in all directions. A little bit more choice to the morning breakfast would have been better.

This hotel has a good spa! The room was clean but needed a bit of renovation and minor repairs. The service was polite but has room for improvement, not full information was given. The restaurant isn't bad as for quality of the food and variety of the offer.

Conveniently located within a few minutes from the city center, with free parking was a nice place to spend a night and then continue our visit to San Marino. The staff was very helpful in arranging for us the small airplane flight over the old town. I have left my favorite dress in the room and they’ve sent it to our next hotel where I hope will wait for me.

This hotel is very new. The room is very big and spacious. There are plenty of space in the room. The bathroom consisted of two shower places, one as a bath tub and one as a enclosed shower. My room looks like two bedroom apartment. However there were a lot of switches and we couldn’t quite figure out which switch goes with which light. Breakfast was great, lots to eat. But it was hard finding the breakfast area. Also, San Marino is a confusing City for driving so we missed several turns to get to the hotel. The staff at check in was not very nice.

Was ok . Easy check in , car park available. Room and bathroom clean but water tap was corroded as I have never seen before . Should be changed Immediately. Breakfast was standard Italian , cosi-cosi .

1. The TV of the room didn't work - reception didn't care 2. The safe of the room didn't work - reception didn't care 3. This hotel is, at best, a 2 star hotel. The rooms are way worse than any cheap motel I have seen in the US 4. Chances are you will get a room with a view to a noisy road or a disgusting parking lot I booked this hotel due to the parking space, next time I will book a real 4 start hotel in the historic centre and I will pay the parking in one of the many available parking lots.

SAN Mario visit
A small drive from San Mario centre, where the hotel offered discounted parking at P9 along with many restaurants in the centre. The hotel has an antique theme inside wheee the rooms are spacious but would need a decoration in the near future. Staff where very pleasant and helpful, a great position for a stop over or use the hotel spa resort.

Nice hotel. Some staff, the chef and owner were super friendly and went really out of their way to make our stay extra nice but some staff and (I think) the wife of the owner were straight up rude. You see that this hotel was amazing about 15-20 years ago but now it is a little dated. Great big room, beautiful but poorly maintained spa and pool, delicious food. We will go back to this hotel when we visit San Marino again.

Really, my only complaint would be the bed was hard and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Otherwise, the staff were very nice, everything was clean and the breakfast was great. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay here, but you may not have the best nights sleep on the mattress is all.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Primavera. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived around lunchtime on Easter Sunday and the staff was able to find us a table at their special Easter brunch. They also booked us spa appointments for the same day and guided us to the spots to see in San Marino. The hotel is about 10 minutes outside the historical city center. It is easy to find parking to take the funicular up or drive closer to the top and park there. You could also walk to the funicular station if you don't have a car. The room was spacious and had all the usual amenities. Great hotel would stay again.

Comfortable hotel, good restaurant and great service. It has the services of big brands with good facilities, the the staff are very friendly, the location of the hotel is not the best compared to downtown of San Marino but it is still a great option to enjoy San Marino.

First Class Service
The people at reception especially Soave and Frieda were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant 4 times and the food was very good and reasonably priced, no need to go ,elsewhere. The hotel location was very good and close to sight seeing.

Old hotel with dated decor. Wardrobe door fell apart and onto my partner. Beds were a little naff. Toiletries were fine but shower itself was a little inconvenient and tricky (we were given an accessible room). Would want to try somewhere else next time in San Marino. One-way system outside hotel made it annoying going in and out.

We only stayed for one night but the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. We had an early checkout, they were happy to provide a breakfast we could take with us. Nice restaurant and reasonably priced.

San Marino Charm.
Hotel is on main highway to historic area and very brightly painted but we missed it. Getting back to it is difficult due to divided highway. BE VIGILENT We could hear activities in adjoining rooms is the only negative. Very nicely decorated hotel, good for parties and receptions.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, gave us discount cars to access San Marino and made recommendations. I would consider staying here again if I ever visit San Marino again.

Heavy, out dated decor, depressing & weeds
The exterior was heavily weeded and the interior was dark, ticky tacky and downright dirty in some places. For example, the tables from the night before were left uncleaned and the food was left out. The room was acceptable. Overall, I couldn't wait to leave. This "Grand" was not at all grand. I do not recommend.

+ Great location: easy access from the coast, leave the car in the hotel car park, beautiful cluster-free walk up to the San Marino old town (20-30 mins). + Great service. + Very comfortable, nice and warm. - Noise from other rooms/ plumbing, but neighbours were considerate at night.

Good hotel but quite disappointed...
We booked Grand Hotel Primavera for one night on our roadtrip in Italy. Although it was more than twice expensive than our hotel in Rimini, we liked photos of the rooms and especially the access to pool and sauna. We drove from Rimini, access was easy and free parking was available in front of the hotel. Staff were nice and it was easy check-in. However, our room was a disappointment - it was not so nice, situated on the ground floor (a car was parked just outside our window) without balcony and even our double bed was made of two single bed mattresses... Finally, we didn't use the spa because there was a surcharge (you must rent bath coats) to access the spa area. Overall, we had great expectations but were quite disappointed in the end.
