The hotel itself was a beautiful hotel. The parking was easy and great. Very easy to get in and out. The room was really nice and roomy. I am a morning person, and there is no place to get coffee unless you go all the way to the casino. I would love to have a few cheaper tables for blackjack and other table games. There is nothing even for breakfast until much later as well.

The grounds and lobby was very nice. They also had a nice selection of restaurants. However, we were on floor 12. The first room's furniture had deep stains and the carpet was nasty. To make matters worse, after being in my room for about an hour, a roach popped out. They changed my toom to anther room immediately and apologized. The nee room was worse in regards to cleanliness. The furniture was stained and old. The air conditioner had wires popped out as well. Someone mentioned that the rooms was remodeled but from where they put me, that is absolutely not true. I will never stay here again.

Stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to check in, limited staff, desk staff unfriendly, no acknowledgment for the long wait, other staff quick to help casino “members” over one’s waiting longer. After check in went to casino, no customer service to help you, couldn’t gamble in machines without casino card, can’t get that because no customer service members present, restaurants were closed before 10:00.

Back in February I stayed here with no problem so I decided to book a room again for March we stayed but the comforter had a hole the size of Texas the sheets were dingy and the whole place stunk like heavy cologne and marijuana. No amenities like a coffee pot or microwave. The restaurant was great with great prices but the staff in the casino and hotel were rude. We will not stay here again especially at the price we paid charged my credit card twice.

We were very impressed pulling up to the hotel. The entire hotel is very clean and elegant. Check in was a breeze. I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates and they changed them for me prior to checking in. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a jacuzzi tub! I inspected the room and was very satisfied and impressed with the cleanliness of it. We enjoyed the casino and felt very safe. The security guards were always walking around keeping a close eye on everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Missed having a coffee maker. Not enough towels. Loved the makeup mirror and stool. Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows! Spacious room.

I had a problem with the ac not working and it took 5 phone calls and 2 hours wait for a service person to come fix it. Once I finally went to the front desk Kelly was helpful in trying to get us another room after telling them about all the complaints with no response or accurate information from the many phone calls to what was listed as the front desk,housekeeping and operations which obviously were not located at the property.

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was phenomenal. However, I couldn't believe there was no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. That was very inconvenient.

When the hotel is booked full delays checking in can easily be anticipated. Having adequate staff at check-in to handle the increased load can likewise be anticipated. 3 persons with one additional person standing around observing is not enough when all 3 lines are 6-10 people deep.

Hotel has a good casino and several restaurants. It’s within walking distance of many attractions. Our only negative was the lack of an in-room coffee maker.

Had reserved a non smoking room in advance. Was told upon arrival no non smoking rooms were available. Said we would get one eventually but couldn’t guarantee us a time. Front desk said they only guaranteed rooms, not the type of room. When i said guess we would have to get dressed for our event in the lobby restroom, she said I guess. Had to take smoking room. Hallway and room smelled horrible. The Horseshoe has lost its luster. Only one restaurant in whole Casino and closed at 11:00. Won’t stay there again.
