The hotel was in a good neighborhood and convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I agree with other comments on the pillows. They were super thin.
I also agree with other comments on the two rude white ladies. One worked the evening shift and the other worked the night shift. I even asked if they were sisters because they looked similar and had the same bad attitudes.
The breakfast was okay but get there early because the lady on the morning shift started shutting stuff down at 9:45am. I understand that she was working the front desk and the breakfast area. However, it was a Continental breakfast so it’s not like it was a lot to clean up. One customer came down before 10:00 to get danishes, muffins, and fruit for her family. She spoke to her very rudely and rushed her out. The doors were promptly locked at 10:00am.
The other thing is that we only had 8 horrible channels on the television. It was like this when we checked in but, when we asked about the cable, the issue was blamed on some guest running into something late the night before. But it was the same channels we had on check in. The rude lady indicated that it would be fixed but it never was fixed.
I could overlook a lot of things but not two rude workers. Especially when I read old reviews and see that this is a continual pattern.
Sorry, I won’t be back because of these two ladies.
